Far Away House in Russia

`I do not want to be rude... But...Is there anything actually interesting to see in Russia?` - that was the question one guy dressed up as viking in York Museum asked my last week!
And I told him - yes! - there is at least one great wonder! So... here I am going to tell you about this wonder)

This is the blog about my far away house in Russia - the place I love since childhood, the place with history, roots and intricate living conditions)

It is about 300 km from Moscow and it is hidden away from main touristic sights.  This is an old  (about 100 years old) house in Derevnya (village) Repinka in Tverskoy regions. It is about 20 houses there, and only two families live there all year round. Other people come occasionally, mostly during summer holidays. Like us.  It is a river Mologa for kayaking, beautiful forests to go berry and mushroom hunting, fields and trees  - nothing really special - but I think the true beauty is in this simplicity) ...and of course a lot of birch trees!
